Wendy Dahl - Wedding Planner


Since 1994, Wendy Dahl has been helping brides and grooms create their vision of the perfect wedding day. Every detail is thoughtfully attended to and incorporated into the overall plan for the big day. From fashions to flowers, photographs to favors, catering to entertainment, – and even the cake – each couple’s distinctive taste and style are infused into the planning and beautifully reflected in the big day’s festivities.

Combining her designer’s flair for creativity, style and sophistication along with her eye for detail, Wendy has worked with clients from around the globe to create a unique celebratory experience that fits each couple perfectly. Each event is as distinctive and matchless as the couple being married. As Wendy says, “There are never two weddings or events that are the same…and that’s the way it should be.”  She has also planned and conceptually designed Indian weddings for the past seven years, delighting her clients with a Western twist on South Asian traditions.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, Wendy worked in corporate marketing before turning full time to her passion of event planning. After recognizing her passion for creating perfect experiences, she immersed herself in every aspect of the industry, learning from the best in the business before starting her own firm in 2004. In addition to her expertise in the wedding industry, Wendy utilized her education and experience in Organizational Leadership and Marketing to assist corporations and organizations in meeting their communication objectives through live marketing experiences. The rest, as they say is history.

She’s earned the trust of her clients as well as her colleagues in the industry. She is a certified Professional Bridal Consultant by the Association of Bridal Consultants as well as a Certified Beverly Clark Wedding Professional. She has served as the Director of Marketing of the Wedding Industry Professionals Association (WIPA) and has been Co-Director of the ABC- Orange County, President of the Orange County Chapter of ISES (International Special Event Society) and is a longtime member of the Greater Palm Springs Wedding Association (GPSWA). She has completed the Meeting and Events Management program at Orange Coast College, where she then taught in the program for five years. Her education combined with many years of experience make Wendy a wealth of knowledge and a trusted resource that both her clients and other industry professionals have come to rely on.

Wendy has received four Trendsetter Awards and speaks all over the US to engaged couples and wedding professionals.  Her work has been featured in wedding publications such as Ceremony Magazine, Modern Weddings Magazine, Ruffled Blog, Rock N Roll Bride, Style Unveiled, Wedding Chicks, Maharani Weddings, Aroos Magazine, The Knot, Bride And Bloom and in 2007 and 2010; she was honored with the designation of Best Wedding Coordinator in Orange County by The Knot and also the 2011 Bride’s Choice Award from

Michelle Stansfield - Wedding PlannerMICHELLE STANSFIELD – DIRECTOR OF BLISS

Michelle began in the catering industry in 1997. Since then she has managed weddings and corporate events in Vail, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Oregon and Palm Springs. While at the La Quinta Resort, where her skill working with destination wedding couples was perfected, she was one of their top catering managers. After several years, she moved over to the Miramonte Resort as the Director of Catering where she oversaw all of the corporate and social events.

Joining Team Chic in 2014 was an easy transition as she already had a strong background in planning weddings and events in Palm Springs. She is meticulous with details and knows what can be found locally and what needs to be “imported” into the desert based on each couples style and taste.

She has a breadth of knowledge on the best locations for weddings across the desert. This encompasses all of the clubs, resorts, and estates that make weddings in Palm Springs ideal for couples wanting amazing weather nearly year round. She also knows all of the little details about weddings in the desert that are different than anywhere else, like what types of cakes melt when placed outside, what times of year high winds impact outdoor weddings, and even where to shop locally for welcome bag items.

Michelle adores wedding weekends, where your guests are hosted for multiple days, making each event unique and different from each other. She is accustomed to working with people in different time zones and managing planning trips when couples come into town.

She has been a Member of the National Association of Catering & Events since 2000 and has been the Social Chair and President for both the Phoenix and Los Angeles Chapters as well as the Educational Chair for Los Angeles. In 2011, Michelle earned her Certified Professional in Catering & Events (CPCE) designation. She is also a member of the Greater Palm Springs Wedding Association (since 2009) and has been the Vice President, President and Immediate Past President. Her weddings have recently been published on Martha Stewart Weddings, Style Me Pretty, The Wedding Chicks and the Ruffled Blog. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering in her children’s classroom and staying active with the Inland Empire Alumnae Association for Alpha Delta Pi sorority.


Ryan is an award-winning meeting and event producer who has an extensive background in running successful conferences to community events and everything in between. He has led fundraising efforts raising over $8.5 million for various non-profit organizations. Some of his notable projects include working with Macy’s, Miss America, John Stamos, professional surfers and even the cast from CBS’s NCIS television series.

He is a master at developing unique events that highly engage attendees so they look forward to going to them year after year. The way he applies his creative vision always delights everyone involved. He constantly looks for new methods of design and engagement with each event to generate continuing interest and excitement. Ryan is also invaluable producing weddings, where he easily adapts his skill set into the softer side of events.

He is an expert at creating experiences that are both meaningful and impactful by incorporating the attendees satisfaction and the organization’s goals into the same event. Ironically, Ryan was part of a shift in our business focus back in 2011 when we partnered on his sister’s wedding. Prior to her wedding, our primary focus was to create beautiful weddings and events, but after working with Ryan and his family we now focus on creating meaningful experiences. This was a game changer in our business model that has elevated our scope of services to work with a more discerning clientele delivering even better results.

Driven by his servant leadership style, Ryan’s talent at inspiring and influencing teams makes him a perfect fit for Team Chic. By applying this skill set, he is able to inspire others to bring their best to each event whether they are a creative partner or a volunteer. When Ryan isn’t producing events, you’ll find him going on unique adventures, savoring exquisite food and enjoying the great outdoors.

Kaitlyn Dahl - Wedding Assistant


After watching her Mom work in the wedding industry her entire life, Kaitlyn finally asked if she could join the team as soon as she was old enough. She is a natural. Quick to think on her feet with an eye for design, Kaitlyn has earned her own five-star review on Wedding Wire along with the gratitude of the clients she has worked with.

Kaitlyn looks forward to each wedding with enthusiasm and enjoys “making everything pretty.” She has already worked at some of the finest resorts and estates in Southern California including Pelican Hill, The Ritz-Carlton, The Parker Palm Springs, The Frank Sinatra Estate, The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach, the Waterfront Hilton Beach Resort and the Laguna Cliffs Marriott. Big things are in this girl’s future, and after she graduates from FIDM, there is no stopping her!




Wendy joined Team Chic in 2007. She started as a wedding day assistant and quickly discovered she was very good at managing the entire scope of the wedding day. She was promoted to Associate Planner within a year where she partners in the planning experience with Wendy Dahl.

She has worked at prestigious locations such as The Ritz-Carlton, Pelican Hill, Montage Beverly Hills, Terranea, The Parker Palm Springs, The Viceroy Palm Springs, Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach and the Waterfront Hilton Beach Resort. She enjoys working with clients that are highly involved in the planning process, who need someone smart and capable to manage each event so they can enjoy their wedding day.

Because of her exposure to the types of weddings Chic Productions produces, Wendy excels at both multi-cultural and traditional weddings. She understands the details that are both important and emotionally charged and handles them with ease. Delicate situations are no stranger to her after working in the healthcare industry for the past 20 years.

Wendy knows how to help vendors on your Wedding Team shine and give their best collaborative effort to make your wedding day go smoothly. Management skills came naturally to Wendy as her foundation for leadership comes from running a non-profit board and school PTA as president of both organizations. In her spare time she volunteers in her children’s classroom and is involved with a local non-profit that supports underprivileged kids.
