WEDDING COORDINATION

At Chic Productions we offer services ranging from basic planning wrap up to full service wedding planning and production. Whatever service level you decide upon, the most important thing to know is that we are here to make your day more memorable. Our investment is reasonable starting at just $2,500. We provide a line-itemed budget that will let you know exactly what is included in your package. There are no surprises.

In addition, all packages include correspondence via telephone and e-mail. Wendy Dahl or Michelle Stansfield will personally serve as your wedding coordinator for your rehearsal and wedding day and ensure that our full resources are at your disposal. Consider us your “lifeline” on one of the most important days of your life.

We offer the following programs that can be utilized as they are or customized to suit your specific needs.

Wedding Production: Our most comprehensive full-service package covers all of your wedding planning needs – from the initial concept and design of your vision, through the selection of venues and vendors, to the coordination of all the details and activities. We will plan your wedding closely with you from start to finish and take care of all of the production. You sit, back, relax and enjoy the experience.

Wedding Styling/ Design: Our most popular package for the full-service client. This is an extensive hybrid-type package with an emphasis on the wedding design elements. We will personally assist you in creating a “Design Plan” and provide planning support so that no detail is overlooked. Your wedding day will be exquisite, with every element and experience carefully orchestrated.

Wedding Management: For the client who is already further along in the planning process and needs help tying up loose ends closer to the wedding, this is the package for you. Our Wedding Management package enables you to receive the planning guidance that best complements what you may have already done on your own. We have an extensive collective of established, quality creative partners to help you fill in the gaps. Then we pull everything together so you can relax and enjoy your special day!

Wedding Management Express: We call this “core planning” where we create a blueprint for your wedding in a couple of meetings. Since “Day Of” service is a myth, this is the way to go to have a smooth wedding day if you have completed your wedding team. We review the fundamentals of what you have planned for your special day, provide recommendations for improvement (if needed), and manage your entire wedding day so you don’t have to worry about implementing the details. After all, no bride should be working on her wedding day!

EVENT COORDINATION

Corporate Events: Before entering the world of weddings, Team Chic worked in corporate marketing managing both public and private events. Then when Ryan Martz joined the team as our Director of Meetings and Events, we’ve been able to expand our scope of services to handle all of your event planning needs, whether for business or because you’re a purveyor of life’s celebrations. If you are launching a new concept, celebrating a milestone, creating a user experience, holding a conference or anything to bring attraction to your brand, we bring a creative approach to your event often acting as an extension to your Marketing Department.

What’s awesome about working with Team Chic on your Corporate Meeting or Event? We create our own mastermind, drawing from three award-winning planners who design out-of-the-box experiences, just for your event. That means that the ideas you bring to the table are expanded to create an even better event than you imagined. Your goals will be achieved on time and on budget and your meetings and events will be remembered for a long time.

Social Events: Do you need help curating a special event? We have all kinds of wonderful resources to bring your imagination to life. Some of our favorite events have included a 90th Birthday Party (complete with fireworks), charity events, Bar/ Bat Mitzvahs, anniversary parties and vow renewals.
